It all started when my dad brought home an Atari ST and I learned how to code in BASIC. About 10 years later I got access to the internet. I could now write code that would render something visible to the whole world. And I could chat with people on the other side of the world in real time. I spent countless hours on IRC. And I had found my career. I wanted to work with the internet.
After the burst of the dot-com bubble I pursued a degree in sociology/criminology at the university of Gothenburg. As my knowledge in social science and social psychology grew so did my curiosity about how the internet was changing our world. Today I find tech and people feeding the same curiosity. I’ve grown into a leadership role in the IT industry where I combine my passion for technology with helping others.
